A woman in Kayole has been reported after taking a man’s accessories and cash after his refusal to pay for sex.
Reports from Makadara Law Courts have shown that she transferred Sh3,880 from the man’s M-Pesa account as well as stealing his TV set, wristwatch, and phone on October 25, 3023.
The man whose name has not been yet been disclosed was out partying at Kileo club when the woman invited him to her table to share a drink.

They then left together to the woman’s house before making another stop at a different bar for more drinks.
He later declared his desire to quench his sexual needs but the woman declared that she would expect a payment of KSh5,000 after.

The woman told the police that the man, however, failed to keep his end of the bargain but later on gave her his M-Pesa pin number claiming that there wasn’t enough money to pay her.
The morning after she left with the stolen items and sold them to an electronic shop.
She was arrested after being spotted in the same bar she met the man.

The woman who was held at the Makadara Law Courts has been released on a bail of Sh40,000 by Judge Tito Gesoro.
The case is set for another hearing next year June 2024.
