Kenyan comedian Akuku Danger (real name Mannerson Oduor Ochieng) says he was once caught in a compromising situation with an older lady at her house.
Akuku Danger was speaking to Radio 47’s Billy Miya and Mbaruk Mwalimu in an interview on Thursday, April 4.
He recalled how the beatiful lady approached him after a performance at Carnivore Grounds in Nairobi during his campus days.
“Siku moja after kupiga show yangu pale Carnivore nikaona mwana dada mmoja hivi akaniambia young man I love your show Akaniambia niingie kwa gari anidrop. Hiyo time bado nilikuwa mtu wa mguu. Nikasema why not? Nikaingia kwa gari teketeke.
(One day after a show in Carnivore a lady approached me and said ‘I love your show’. She offered to drop me off in her car. At the time I did not have one so I said why not? I got in the car very fast),” the comedian narrated.
Akuku Danger said her beauty and Mercedes Benz impressed him.
“Alikuwa anaendesha Mercedez. Sikuwa najua kuna wamama Nairobi. Kidogo akaconfuse kijana, nikaona pesa sijawahi ona in my life... Akaniambia nipick 20,000 nikaingiza kwa mfuko. Kufika Lang’ata hapo kwa barabara nikangoja gari za Rongai lakini magari zilikuwa zimejaa. Akaniambia twende kwake Kilimani for the night alafu niende kwangu asubuhi.
(I did not know there were sugar mummies at the time. She confused me by giving me money that I had never seen in my life. She told me to take KSh20,000. When we got to Lang’ata I waited for matatus heading to Rongai but all of them were fully occupied. So she suggested that I spend the night at her home in Kilimani and go home the following morning),” he explained.
Akuku Danger admits things got heated up at home and they got intimate. The lady’s husband almost walked in on them, sending him into panic mode.
“Kidogo kidogo mtu akagonga mlango… Before tufungue akaniambia nivae nguo alafu nijifanye nimelala. Nikaskia anaambia huyo jamaa she has a friend of her over. Huyo jamaa akakuja kwa room nilikuwa akafungua light. Nikatoa macho nje nikamsalimia nikamdanganya she’s a friend of mine. Nakuambia ni Mungu tu alinitoa kwa hiyo situation. Huyo jamaa alikasirika lakini aliona mi ni mdogo sana akaona hakuna kitu.
(I heard a knock on the door and the lady said it was just a friend. The man walked into the room and switched on the lights. I said hi to him and lied that I was the lady’s friend. I’m telling it is God who saved me in that situation. That man was angry but I guess because he saw how young I was he thought nothing happened),” he recalled.
Akuku Danger admitted that since the incident, he became wary of such ladies approaching him.
