Ariana Grande: Finalizes divorce from Dalton Gomez and will pay him $1.25M in settlement

Pop star and Grammy-award winner Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez have reportedly reached a divorce settlement, with Ariana paying Mr. Gomez $1.2 million tax-free due to their prenuptial agreement.

The couple decided to part ways after two years of marriage, and they took their time privately working through the details of their agreement before filing for divorce two months after their separation became public.

According to TMZ, Mr. Gomez will receive the entire settlement upfront, rather than over a period of time.

The real; estate agent will be entitled to half of the net revenues from the sale of their Los Angeles property, and Ariana Grande will cover up to $25,000 of his legal expenses.

However, the settlement is still pending approval from the judge.

Despite their divorce, sources suggest that there is still mutual love and respect between Ariana and Dalton, and they wanted to ensure that everything was handled in a mutually agreeable manner.

Despite their separation, Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez maintain a deep mutual respect and love for one another, ensuring that the divorce proceedings were conducted with care and understanding, as stated by a source.

Rumors of their split surfaced when Grande was spotted without her engagement ring and wedding band while in London, enjoying her time at Wimbledon.

The Grammy winner and the real estate agent first began dating in January 2020 and the pair became engaged in December the same year.

In May 2021, the two said ‘I do’ during an intimate yet romantic wedding ceremony at her Montecito home. However, earlier this year in July, news of their shock split came to light

It was suggested that issues between the singer and the luxury real estate agent began even before her departure for London.

Attempts at reconciliation were made a few months prior, but challenges persisted, especially during Grande’s filming for the ‘Wicked’ movie musical in London.

As reported by Us Weekly, Ariana Grande is now reportedly in a relationship with Ethan Slater, her co-star from the Broadway production of ‘Wicked.’

The new couple is currently residing together in a New York apartment.

It’s worth noting that Ethan Slater was previously married to Lilly Jay, a friend from high school, in November 2018.

They had dated for six years before tying the knot and welcomed a baby boy in August 2022.

However, the couple filed for divorce in July of the same year.
