According to Francis Atwoli the Central Organization of Trade Unions (COTU) Secretary General, Kenyan workers are behind the Judiciary in its war with the Executive on graft accusations.
Atwoli who was speaking during the opening ceremony of the ongoing training on International Labour Standards (ILS) stated that the graft accusation waged on the Kenyan Judiciary by the Executive is eroding international investors’ confidence in setting up shop in Kenya.
He at the same time defended the judicial system stating that the court has done immense work to bring industrial peace, democracy and stability which has made the Kenyan economy grow.
