Amidst the festive cheer and twinkling lights of Christmas, the hearts of Embu residents overflowed with joy at the Moi Stadium Embu.

The occasion was a gift from the generous businessman, Kenjava Mwaniki, affectionately known as Wakagoto.

His benevolence echoed through the stands as hundreds reveled in the celebrations, their spirits lifted by the holiday cheer.

Wakagoto’s presence was a beacon of hope and inspiration as he shared his journey from humble beginnings to remarkable success.

Encouraging residents to embrace diligence in their endeavors, he recounted his own trajectory, starting with selling music CDs and cultivating tomatoes. His determination and resilience paved the path to prosperity.

With pride in his voice, Mwaniki revealed the fruit of his labor—a stone crusher employing 550 Embu residents across both Embu town and Ishiara.

Transitioning to the helm of a construction company named ‘Eagle 1,’ he acknowledged the challenges faced along the way. Yet, his unwavering determination enabled him to overcome hurdles, leading to his present success.

Despite the hurdles, Mwaniki’s unwavering determination allowed him to not only overcome obstacles but also to thrive. His dedication bore fruit, allowing him to establish a construction company named ‘Eagle 1’.

He humbly shared the difficulties faced on this journey, inspiring the crowd with his resilience and unyielding spirit.

As the festivities continued, Mwaniki’s generosity shone brightly. He revealed that, through his hard-earned savings, he was able to provide meals for over 5000 people gathered at the stadium.
