AFCON 2025: Host Cities and Match Calendar Confirmed
The match calendar for the CAF Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Morocco 2025 has been approved, with the tournament set to run from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026. A total of nine stadiums across these six cities will host Africa’s premier football event.
CHAN 2024 (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda) New Dates Confirmed
The CAF African Nations Championship (CHAN) 2024, originally planned for earlier dates, will now take place from August 2 to August 30, 2025. The tournament will be hosted across Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.
Women’s Futsal Africa Cup of Nations 2025
The Women’s Futsal Africa Cup of Nations, Morocco 2025, will take place from April 22 to April 30, 2025.
The top two teams from the competition will qualify for the FIFA Women’s Futsal World Cup in the Philippines (November/December 2025).
CAF U-17 AFCON 2025 Expands to 16 Teams
The CAF U-17 Africa Cup of Nations (U-17 AFCON) Morocco 2025 will feature a new format, increasing the number of participating teams from 12 to 16.
