Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah, whose romance began in April 2022, are divorcing.
Three months after welcoming their son, Roman Alfallah Pacino, on June 6 at Cedar’s Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, the couple called it quits.
Custody battle
Incidentally, Noor wasted no time and filed legal documents in Los Angeles.
She sought full physical custody of their three-month-old son, Roman.
However, she’s open to allowing the 83-year-old actor reasonable visitation rights.
Al Pacino is a father to four children with three different women.
Al Pacino’s past
Similarly, he shares 22-year-old twins, Olivia Pacino and Anton James Pacino, with Beverly D’Angelo.
Moreover, he has a 33-year-old daughter, Julie Pacino, with Jan Tarrant.
Noor informed the court that she’s willing to grant the veteran film star joint legal custody of their child.
Additionally, the arrangement would give him a say in important matters, such as education, religion, and medical treatment.
Noor’s complaints
In her legal filing, Noor included a document titled ‘voluntary declaration of parentage.’
Surprisingly, both she and Pacino signed the document just six days after their son’s birth.
With a third-party witness validating Pacino’s paternity of the child.
Alfallah stated in the legal documents that she conceived the child in California after engaging in sexual intercourse with the actor.
Furthermore, Alfallah has requested in her court documents that Pacino be responsible for covering her lawyer fees and any other case-related expenses.
Although the exact amount of child support is not specified in the filing, the legal documents state that ‘the court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.
‘ It’s expected that the judge will determine the amount based on forthcoming hearings, and there is no indication that Pacino opposes any of these requests, as reported by The Blast.
