In the spirit of Christmas, The president’s daughter Charlene Ruto decided to ride in a ‘matatu’ and share with Kenyans for Christmas.
With the festive season here, Kenyans have been urged to share in the spirit of giving.
On Christmas day, Charlene Ruto posted a video of her sharing the Christmas cheer with unaware Kenyans in a ‘matatu.’
The video stated that the exercise aimed to surprise Kenyans with shopping vouchers for the holiday.
“This year for Xmas, we entered random matatu’s (Ngaya) to bless people with shopping vouchers.” stated the opening statement of the video.

According to the video, the president’s daughter is seen starting her exercise while at Nairobi Central Business District.
Additionally, she is seen having covered herself with a hijab to conceal her identity from the public while boarding the matatu
After the Nganya takes off, Miss Ruto is seen enjoying the music while on a cruise on a seemingly trafficless Nairobi.
Consequently, the tout recognizes her as other passengers figure out who she is and eagerly await what is going on.

Daddy Owen joins Charlene Ruto
The video also shows gospel artist Daddy Owen accompanying Chalene on their charitable exercise in the Matatu.
The two public figures go on to share shopping vouchers with the passengers in the Matatu as they interact and exchange views.
Additionally, the president’s daughter is taken aback by how many young people there are in Nairobi and the matatu.

According to her, the statistics do not add up on just how many young people there are in the country.

Gospel artist Daddy Owen agrees with Miss Ruto given that they had boarded different public service vehicles which were composed of youthful passengers.
The two go on to share the different types of young people they had met while using public service vehicles.
