Chris Brown claims Kenya does not have infrastructure to support his mega-packed shows

Chris Brown, the famous American singer, performed in Kenya in 2016.

His much anticipated concert quicky became a highly contestest debate based on various issues.

Some claimed he was asking for too much money based on the hours he was perfoming.

The event, held in Mombasa as part of a festival in 2016, excited many fans yet at the same time left a bitter taste on others.

However, it also raised concerns about Kenya’s ability to host big international artists.

The Sensational singer continued to say Kenya does not have the appropriate infrastructure  to support his show.

Joy Wachira, an industry expert, said this was a wake-up call for Kenya to do better.

Chris Brown was reportedly paid $900,000 (about 90 million Kenyan shillings at that time) for his performance.

This led to debates about the amount of money spent on international artists compared to local musicians.

She emphasized the need for better organization in the entertainment industry.

Despite the challenges, Chris Brown’s performance was a success.

His visit to Kenya left fans thrilled and also reminded event organizers of the importance of improving the industry.

With better planning and facilities, Kenya could become a top destination for international music events.
