Two out of the four children poisoned, stabbed by their father die

Two of the four children who were poisoned and stabbed by their father on Tuesday, December 6 night have died while receiving treatment at the Homa Bay County Referral Hospital.
Ronnie Ochieng’ Nyore reportedly poisoned his four children using a pesticide known as Triatix, before proceeding to stab them in the stomach using a kitchen knife at their home in East Kochia over an alleged domestic wrangle with his wife. The man later died by suicide East Kochia.
The children were admitted to the hospital's Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
On Wednesday, December 7 night, however, three-year-old twins (Odongo and Opiyo) died due to high poison intoxication levels which affected their brains and internal organs.
According to Dr. Charles Ochola, the hospital's ICU physician, the remaining two children are in stable condition.
Their mother is now appealing to the public for help in treating the remaining children.
"I am calling on anybody who is willing to help me because I do not even know how I will clear the medical bill," she said on Thursday, December 8.
