DCI boss Amin Mohamed issues security alert ahead of Christmas celebrations

The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) boss Amin Mohamed has directed the security personnel to be more vigilant during this festive season.

Mohamed made the remarks during a meeting with senior DCI officers in Nairobi as he urged them to ensure proper security for Kenyans during December celebrations countrywide.

According to the DCI boss, criminals often take advantage of the festive season and harm innocent citizens in the process.

“Amin Mohamed noted that it was at such a season of the year when criminals in their numbers set out to interrupt the peace and safety of the citizens through violent robberies, breakings and all manner of felonies.
