‘Mwaki’ is a product of a collaboration between renowned Brazilian music producer Zerb  and Kenyan sensation Sofiya Nzau.

It has become the latest tune to make its way to the top of international charts.

Sofiya is professional singer and songwriter in the afrobeat, afrohouse & amapiano genre.

The release comes one month after Zerb, a Brazilian music producer released the official music video featuring Nzau.

The remix music video displays the name ‘Kenya’ and the popular Mombasa tusks in the beginning, indicating that it was shot in Mombasa County.

The video features the Kenyan matatu culture, as it is shot in a matatu, showcasing graffiti art, thumping music, and flashy lights.

Additionally, Diplo is seen hanging on the moving matatu’s door, a norm in the matatu culture, as Nzau sings along her amazing vocals through its window.
