Ethan Mbappe , Kylian Mbappe’s younger brother made his senior debut for Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday night.
Ethan replaced Manuel Ugarte in the 92nd minute of the Ligue 1 leaders’ 3-1 win over Metz; a game in which Kylian scored twice on his 25th birthday.
The midfielder does not turn 17 until December 29.
He made his first appearance for the first team in a 2-1 friendly win over Paris FC just over a year ago and was included in the squad for a league match for the first time in September.
Despite only playing one minute, Ethan made nine touches and completed all nine of his passes, including one into the final third, marking a memorable night for the Mbappe family.
Ethan has been seen on the sidelines of Mbappe’s iconic matches throughout his career, having also stood alongside his brother as a child when Kylian signed for PSG in 2017.
The younger Mbappe joined PSG’s youth team at the same time and featured for the senior team in their pre-season tour of Asia this summer.
