‘Fall in love with me at your own risk’ -Huddah Monroe warns men

Socialite and beautypreneur Huddah Monroe recently sent a stern warning to men who have been falling in love with her anyhow following an altercation with Mumias East legislator Peter Salasya.

The drama began when Salasya, who had publicly expressed romantic interest in the entrepreneur, sent her KSh10,000 as a gesture of affection.

Huddah, who is known for her straightforward posts, dismissed the amount as insignificant and sent it back, making it clear she wasn’t impressed. She took to her Instagram stories to address the issue.
“This guy sent me KSh 10,000, which I didn’t even notice. Coz I do a KSh 50,000 giveaway. Mimi si kienyeji bro. Tafuta size yako,” Huddah wrote.

She further ridiculed the amount, saying, “How would I notice KSh 10,000 surely, when people send KSh 2,200,000?” Huddah made it clear that she had refunded the money, terming it as chicken’s food.
“Usiniharibie jina cause of 80 dollars bro. Wacha members wajue nilirudisha chakula ya kuku. Don’t ruin my reputation over 80 dollars,” she said.

The beautypreneur made it clear that she wasn’t interested in being involved with Salasya, even sarcastically warning him: “Small boys need to go play in their room. Someone sent me KSh 2 million. How could I have noticed KSh 10,000 surely?”

Following the public rejection, Salasya took to social media to publicly disassociate himself from Monroe, writing, “Mimi siezani. Wataangusha serikali. Afadhali nirudi kwa vienyeji yangu. I officially disassociate myself from this chick. Any comment I made that hurt any of them, please forgive me. Ilikua tu mambo ya social media.”

In response, Huddah delivered another comeback on her Instagram stories, warning fans about falling in love with her: “Fall in love with me at your own risk. Mimi ni vybz tuu & inshallah.”

She went on to joke about how ridiculous it is for someone to fall in love without ever meeting the person.

“Wait, how do you even fall in love with someone you never met? Dust is constant,” she wrote, along with laughing emojis.
Huddah Monroe said she is used to showing men dust, joking that she is a graduate of the Kalahari Desert University with a Bachelor of Arts in dust mitigation and technology.

“A graduate from Kalahari Desert University with a BA in Dust Mitigation & Technology,” she posted.
