Football Kenya Federation will oversee the fourth and fifth FIFA agent exams on November 20, 2024, and May 21, 2025.

Applicants for the November 20th exam can submit their applications from August 19, 2024, to October 4, 2024; for the May 21st exam, the application window is from January 13, 2025, to February 28, 2025.

How to Register

Interested individuals must apply to the FIFA Agent Platform which Member Associations will review to determine eligibility. Upon a successful application, you will be invited to sit the FIFA Football Agent Exam after which you can freely choose at which member association you want to take the exam.

Examination Format

The exam lasts 60 minutes and comprises twenty questions designed to test your knowledge of FIFA regulations and the football transfer system. The pass mark is set at 75%.

It is conducted strictly online via the FIFA Agents Platform. Following the examination, candidates will have to wait a month to receive their results. Those who pass will be licensed by FIFA, allowing them to conduct football agency services worldwide.

Examination Rules and Study Materials

The applicable exam rules and study materials will be published on the FIFA Agent Platform and FIFA website on August 2024 and January 2025, respectively, for each of the next two exam sittings.

Examination and Licensing Fee

An examination fee of 50,000 Kenya Shillings will be charged to candidates and will exclusively cover the costs of organizing and holding the exam.

After obtaining their Football Agent licence for the first time, individuals will need to pay USD 600 for their first licensing period followed by subsequent annual payments of USD 300.

It is worth noting that continuing professional development (CPD) requirements apply from 1st October after individuals receive their Football Agent licence.

FIFA Football Agent Regulations

FIFA Council approved the FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR) along with a series of actions aimed at establishing a fairer and more transparent football transfer system, including the introduction of the mandatory licensing system.

Only individuals who have been granted a Football Agent licence by FIFA can provide Football Agent Services, as defined in the FFAR and the corresponding national football agent regulations.
