2. Cardio exercise -Also known as aerobic exercise, is any form of activity that increases heart rate and breathing , requiring the use of oxygen to fuel the muscles. Examples include running, swimming, cycling and walking. Cardio exercise leads to improved heart health and increased cardiovascular fitness.

3. Flexibility training involves exercises that focus on increasing range of motion and flexibility in the body. This can include yoga, stretching and Pilates. This type of exercise improves flexibility in that it can help increase range of motion and reduce the risk of injury.

4. Balance and coordination training- This focuses on improving stability and control of the body through exercises such as balance boards, tai chi and stability balls. This form of exercise leads to an increased stability and coordination whereby can help promote stability thus preventing falls and other related accidents.
