The Football Kenya Federation has confirmed the immediate suspension of Dimba Patriots FC from the FKF National Super League (NSL) following a ruling by the FKF Leagues and Competitions Committee (LCC).
In an official statement, Football Kenya Federation General Secretary/CEO Harold Ndege announced that all 2024/2025 season fixture results involving Dimba Patriots FC have been nullified. The decision follows a comprehensive review by the LCC, which considered all submissions related to the club’s status in the league.
Additionally, the football governing body has announced the reinstatement of Mwatate United FC to the FKF NSL for the 2025/2026 season.
However, their participation will be subject to full compliance with mandatory registration and club licensing requirements.
FKF reaffirms commitment to League Integrity
The Federation has emphasized its commitment to maintaining fairness and transparency in all league competitions. The federation assured stakeholders that all decisions are made in accordance with FKF statutes and regulations.
This ruling also marks the end of a long-standing dispute between Dimba Patriots FC and Mwatate United FC, bringing clarity to the NSL’s competitive structure ahead of the next season.
