Nairobi County Chief Officer for Environment Geoffrey Mosiria has sounded an alarm over the dangers of consuming food from unverified sources. In a recent interview, he narrated how his friend ended up in the hospital after unknowingly consuming ‘Uji Power’ laced with Viagra.
Mosiria’s Warning: Be Careful Where You Eat!
During the interview, Mosiria emphasized the importance of being mindful of where people get their food. He revealed that his friend was tricked into drinking two cups of ‘Uji Power’ for strength, only to suffer severe health complications.
“Most people don’t care where they eat. There was a friend of mine who was sold ‘Uji Power’ that was laced with Viagra and was told to take two cups for strength which later resulted to severe health complications ,” Mosiria stated.
Shortly after consuming the drink, the victim began experiencing severe symptoms, including a rapidly racing heart, dangerously high blood pressure, and excessive sweating. The situation escalated, forcing him to seek urgent medical attention.
