Nairobi Governor Johnson has thrown a light jab at the controller of the budget after Nairobi county was ranked among 10 counties that did not spend a penny on development projects.
The governor took to his X account to post pictures of some of the projects the county has undertaken under his leadership.
Sakaja was accused of using all the money allocated to the county for recurrent expenditure which included the payment of county worker’s salaries and allowances.
