Hamisa Mobetto’s Togolese lover, Kevin Sowax, has revealed that he had no idea his woman was a celebrity when they first started talking.

Kevin who is currently in Tanzania with the former beauty pageant queen opened up on how long it took him to figure out that the girl he was hitting on was actually a superstar.

The fashion enthusiast revealed this during an interview with Tanzanian media during their trip there.

Before you met her and you guys started dating did you know she was a superstar like a very big superstar?” The host candidly asked.

To which Kevin responded highlighting he was oblivious of her fame but about 4 days in he came to learn that Hamisa was actually a big deal.

“I didn’t know, I swear, I didn’t know. We were just getting into this… but for me it doesn’t change anything because Hamisa is just Hamisa,”

He went on to add;

“Like the way I know her, I knew her before it all (knowing she’s famous) it took me about 3 or 4 days to know that she actually a superstar superstar,” Hamisa’s boyfriend said excitedly as he lovingly looked at his girlfriend.

On whether there were plans to tie the knot soon, Mobetto highlighted that they had actually discussed the prospects and it was looking bright but all was in God’s hands.

“We have the plans, by God’s will, it will happen.”

Asked whether he had paid dowry for the Tanzanian model, the businessman agreed “Its true” before he changed his statement to “the matter is between me and Hamisa.”’

Asked about marriage, he said;

“Hopefully, because we don’t know what God is planning for us but hopefully. God knows the end but I wish we go everywhere together to the end.”

The couple met at a private event in China “it was four months ago. As soon as I saw her, I was down,” he said

He added that he never knew that Mobetto was a celebrity when he dated her.

“I did not know. I swear I didn’t know. For me, it doesn’t change anything. It took me like four days she know that she is a superstar.”

Sowax will be meeting Mobetto’s kids for the first time since they started dating four months ago. 

“Its gonna be the first time, yes but we’ve spoken on video call once.”

Sowax said he does not have kids of his own but can’t wait to.

The couple met four months ago in China and Kevin maintains it was love at first sight.

“As soon as I saw her, I was down,” said the Togolese hottie in a previous interview.

Before Kevin, Hamisa was dating American artist, entrepreneur and film producer Rick Ross.

Hamisa went on to gush over his new man with a sensual photo.
