A 25 year old man identified as Christine Auma has been killed by unknown people at t Kamwala village in Boya sublocation, Ndhiwa constituency in Homa Bay County.

The headless body of Christine Auma was found lying in a pool of blood in the family’s kitchen house.

According to the police Auma was attacked by unknown people while inside the kitchen preparing ugali for her family.

The husband indicated that while the family was waiting for the food they had a loud bang on the kitchen door and that was when they rushed to investigate what was happening.

“Next to the body was flour and sufuria which she was planning to use to prepare ugali,” said the husband.

“We are investigating the matter, and soon we shall be able to bring to book the perpetrators,” said the police who confirmed the incident.

Ndhiwa subcounty police commander Paul Rioba said they have started investigations and they are looking for the assailants.

“The assailants were not seen and the motive of the attack has not been established. We are investigating the matter,” Rioba said.

The body was moved to the Manyatta Kobodo mortuary.

This comes barely a day after another woman was brutally murdered in Gwa-Kiru area Juja Kiambu County. police are still investigating the cause of death.
