Jim Gatani, a brand model and a grooming consultant spoke on Wednesday January 31st 2024, during the morning café show on TV47 on how men should groom on different occasions especially on valentines day.
He is also an actor, content creator and also an IT expert who advises men on how they should dress and maintain hygiene.
According to the brand model, on the valentines day, men should look appealing by having dinner date look.
Grooming starts from the hair to the toes.
When grooming, men should start by getting their hair done. This include getting a hair cut after every two weeks.
This helps in maintaining the hair and makes them look neat.
“The daily routines for maintaining your hair include washing, styling hair, shaving cleansing and moisturizing,” says Gatani.
For one to be confident, he has to take care of his face including washing it in the morning then applying oil.
They should also keep their nose clean. When it comes to mouth, he advised men to be brushing teeth twice a day to maintain a good breath.
Men should keep their lips moisturized. They should apply Vaseline or Nivea lip gloss.
Jim says that it’s embarrassing to have dry lips especially when talking to a lady and that’s why it is important to keep them moisturized.

Men’s grooming is maintaining personal appearance and hygiene. They should appear presentable all the time.
For men to be more confident ,they should smell nicely. They can do that by applying men’s cologne.
Its advisable to apply perfume on the pulse points these include the neck, on the wrist and the back of the neck.
What men should wear on valentines day
Men should apply cologne on the pulse points because , pulse points produces heat which help maximize the strength of the perfume.
Applying on the clothes will leave some stains.
Jim advised men to keep their nails clean and short. Also ,when it comes to accessories, men should always have a watch.

It’s a sign of significance especially silver watch which is associated with men.
For them to look appealing, the best outfits to wear are nice coats, fitting pants and a shirt with a bow tie.
They should not wear more than three colors.
Additionally when it comes to the shoes, its highly advisable to wear 2 inch boot helps them to maintain a good posture.
