Education cabinet secretary (CS) Julius Migos Ogamba on Thursday January 9, 2024 released the 2024 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) results.
Results for the 962,512 last year’s candidates were announced by the Education CS Ogamba at Mitihani House in Nairobi.
All the candidates can now check their results via the official KNEC portal; results.knec.ac.ke
The candidates are required to enter their index number and the name (s) as per the registration data for the 2024 KCSE examination.
Steps to follow in checking the results:
1: Visit the KNEC website
Students can access their results by visiting the official KNEC portal results.knec.ac.ke
2: Input your details.
After entering the Index Number, the candidate will be prompted to submit the information.
If the details provided are correct, the 2024 KCSE results will be displayed on the screen.
Official result slips will be accessible through examination centres where the candidates sat for their exams.
Unlike in previous years, candidates will not access their KCSE results through SMS code.
