Huddah Monroe apologizes to MP Peter Salasya

Kenyan socialite and entrepreneur Huddah Monroe has issued a public apology to Mumias East MP Peter Salasya following their recent public spat.

Huddah took to social media to express regret for her earlier remarks about the MP, signaling a desire to bury the hatchet.

“I apologize for putting you on blast,” Huddah wrote in a heartfelt Instagram post shared with her followers.

“I still have mad respect for you and a lot of love. You are a great man.”

Her apology comes after the two were embroiled in a back and forth exchange, where Huddah criticized Salasya for sending her Ksh10,000, a gesture she downplayed, leading to an online storm.

The feud which began after MP Salasya publicly stated that he was no longer interested in pursuing a romantic relationship with Huddah, opting instead to focus on “wife material” women.

In response, Huddah Monroe had taken to Instagram, dismissing the MP’s advances and calling him out for sending her what she referred to as “Pesa ya chakula ya kuku”

However, it seems that the socialite is now ready to move past the drama, acknowledging Salasya’s leadership and character.
