‘I have never dated Eddah Ayon’ -Cassypool threatens to take legal action

The ongoing drama between Kevin Odhiambo, commonly known as Cassypool and renowned Benga singer Eddah Ayon has reached another level, with Cassypool threatening to take legal action.

The controversy erupted after Ayon shared a suggestive photo on social media that appeared to show her and a man in a private setting.

According to Ayon, the photo was taken at her house and featured Cassypool, whom she claims she has been dating for about three months.

In her recent interviews, Eddah Ayon opened up about the relationship, asserting that the selfie with the man behind her on the bed was indeed Cassypool.

She clarified that the photo was intended for her personal memories and that she had no malicious intent in sharing it.

Ayon also revealed that Cassypool had preferred not to take photos with his own phone, suggesting her phone had a better camera.

Despite Cassypool’s public denial and insistence on maintaining his privacy, Ayon expressed her deep affection for him and acknowledged his complex personal situation, including his marital status and ongoing issues with his wife.

Cassypool, on the other hand, has been adamant in his denial of the allegations. He has refuted the claim that he is the man in the photo, identifying the individual as a Ghanaian and stressing that he has faced significant personal and public stress due to these accusations.

In his public response, Cassypool has emphasized his commitment to his family and his desire to keep his personal life private.

He has expressed frustration with the personal attacks and the invasion of his family’s privacy, stating that such actions are unacceptable.

The situation has escalated to the point where Cassypool has issued a legal warning to Ayon.

He has made it clear that if Ayon does not address her legal claims, he will pursue formal charges for defamation.

Cassypool’s legal team has warned that further actions could lead to arrests and financial penalties if the matter is not resolved.

The public response has been a mix of humor and support. Social media personalities have weighed in with various reactions:

Terence Creative remarked, “Zoea kulala kwako” (Get used to your own bed)

Eddie Butita chimed in with, “Za ndaaaani”

DJ Shiti posted a series of laughing emojis “Round hii Amepatikana…Nandiyo ako na wife na 10 Baby mamas” (this time round he’s been found…and he’s got a wife and 10 baby mamas).

Eric One Wash simply stated, “Ghanaian” in reference to the claims about the identity of the man in the photo.

As the legal battle looms and public interest continues to grow, both Cassypool and Eddah Ayon’s personal lives remain under intense scrutiny.

The outcome of this dispute will likely shape the public narrative and influence the ongoing discourse surrounding their personal and professional reputations.
