Inter Miami co-owner Jorge Mas has promised Argentine football star Lionel Messi a farewell like no other at the end of his playing career.
Jorge who runs the club alongside former England international David Beckham has given the World Cup winner his commitment.
He says that he would do everything right compared to how the star was treated at the end of his tenure with his former club Barcelona.
“Messi’s departure from Barcelona was not to his liking. He could not say goodbye to his club, which welcomed him as a child, and I think the circumstances were not what Lionel wanted,’ Said Jorge.
The Inter Miami boss stated that Messi needs to say a proper goodbye to his fans at Barca who have been with him since his childhood playing at the club.
“I gave Messi my commitment that I will do everything possible in the coming years so that he has the opportunity to say goodbye to his fans in Barcelona.
“Inter Miami will go to Barcelona or we will have some kind of match,” he added.
