Airport security arrest woman wearing sex toy with boyfriend's ashes

An Australian woman found herself in trouble at an airport in the United Arabs Emirates after she was busted with her dead boyfriend's ashes inside a sex toy.

In  a rather bizarre incident, 23-year-old Sarah Button was pulled aside by airport security after she was flagged for "something suspicious." The butt plug she was wearing set off the alarms during check-in.

Apparently, Button was traveling with her late boyfriend’s ashes stored inside a fully inserted butt plug.

While explaining herself to the airport officials, Button said that it was just but a joke, because “he’d [the late boyfriend] spent so much time in there and it was his favourite place.”

Well, in a Muslim conservative society like the United Arabs Emirates, the joke wasn't too amusing. 

Apparently, the lass - who was travelling with her dad - may have violated a decency or vulgarity law.  Their passports were confiscated while the officials contacted the Australian embassy. Fortunately, she was allowed to continue with her journey.

The Mirror reports that her boyfriend had his ashes delivered to her after he died as a parting joke. Button found the action the "funniest thing he’s ever done."

“My life has changed a lot and I wish he was here to see it but I’m glad I get to take him with me to places like the Great Barrier Reef and concerts of bands he loved. We’re going to see Bring Me The Horizon in December,” she says, in a viral TikTok video.
