Jowie releases new song after court postpones his sentencing

Joseph Irungu alias Jowie’s “I believe” song premiered on YouTube moments after Lady Justice Grace Nzioka postponed his sentencing for the murder of Nairobi businesswoman Monica Kimani.

The song which is premised on the Bible verse Psalm 56:3 KJV went up at noon on Friday.

This is the song Jowie has released since he was found guilty of the murder of Monica Kimani.

Lady Justice Grace Nzioka in her judgement ruled that the prosecution adduced adequate evidence which met the threshold and after listening to the testimonies from the 35 prosecution witnesses, the court noted that it was satisfied with the prosecution witnesses’ evidence that proved that Jowie was them the murder of Monica Kimani.

Jowie was in court alongside former TV siren Jacque Maribe who has since been cleared of the murder charge by Justice Grace Nzioka.
