Joy to over 100 families as DCI donates foodstuffs

The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) on Saturday, October 5 engage in voluntary humanitarian services in Embu County.

The DCI, in a bid to foster a good working relationship with the public and enhance it human face, conducted a corporate social responsibility by donating foodstuffs courtesy of Dhiren Chandaria to the less fortunate within the neighbourhood of Dallas and Moi Stadium.

Further, the DCI officers visited Al-Madrasatu Shamsiyyah Madrassa and made the same donations, which sprinkled smiles to the small kids attending their religious classes.

While receiving the donations on their behalf, Maalim Musa and Fatuma Asman, both leaders in different capacities in the locality, expressed immense gratitude to the Directorate adding that the donation will go a long way feeding more than 100 families.

The visit is one of the many humanitarian exercises the Directorate has made to foster good relationships with the people we serve.
