Nominated Senator Karen Nyamu recently bared her soul during an interview on Radio 47.

Shedding light on the relationship she shares with Mugithi singer Samidoh.

In a candid conversation with Radio 47 Breakfast show hosts, Emmanuel Mwashumbe and Alex Mwakideu, Nyamu didn’t hold back.

She openly shared the complexities of her love life, dispelling misconceptions.

The politician said there are ongoing discussions painting her in a negative light and made it clear that matters of the heart can be unpredictable.

Further, she revealed her attempts to resolve the situation have proven futile, leaving her in a challenging predicament.

The senator firmly stated, “I already have kids now. I hope things get better. I’m not giving up.”

Edday Nderitu’s publicly said she’s against a polygamous marriage.

This was due to Samidoh’s involvement with Nyamu further intensified the situation.

Edday relocated to the US with her children in early May 2023 and has since enrolled them in a school there.

Contrary to the accusations hurled at her, Nyamu emphasized her desire for peaceful coexistence with Edday.

She highlighted that polygamous marriages are legal in Kenya, intending to ensure that all children have access to their father and that she and Edday can have a husband.

With hope in her heart, Nyamu expressed her optimism for a resolution, even if it takes time.

Despite the complexities of her love life, she remains steadfast in her pursuit of a harmonious family dynamic.
