Kasmuel McOure shocks netizens as he supports MPs at Bomas

Political activist Kasmuel McOure who quickly rose to fame during the Gen Z anti-government protests has shocked many by supporting majority Members of Parliament who have endorsed the removal of DP rigathi Gachagua from office.

Speaking at the Bomas of Kenya where Nairobi public participation for DP Gachagua’s impeachment took place on Friday, Kasmuel stated:

“Ndio tumalize ukabila Kenya, ndio tumalize siasa ya shareholders, ndio tumalize hii siasa ya kuchanganya watu Gachagua must go!”

“Sisi kama vijana tunasema kuwa, lazima we ensure we protect our country. Saa hizi pia tunnataka wabunge kama wanataka kutoa Gachagua watusaidie na mambo ya Social Health wahakikishe kuwa tunapata sheria mzuri, wahakikishe funding model wanashughulikia..”

Netizens are livid over the fact that despite stating that he believed the whole presidency (President Ruto and DP Gachagua) should be impeached, he shied away from stating this stance.

Some also wondered how he was allowed inside Bomas and alllowed to address the audience yet activist Morara Kebaso was initially denied entree and upon managing to enter, he was denied an opportunity to address people and assaulted.

Kasmuel explained how he was able to get into the building for the public participation, “Niko interview nashtukia venue imechange to Bomas from KICC,” he wrote on his X (formerly Twitter) platform.

“Wanafikiri hatutaenda? Impeach both of these clowns!” He further stated.

Netizens react to Kasmuel’s speech

“Kasmuel is a sell out and you now realize why him. Morara is the only young person who has not been bought and is staying true,” stated Morara Kebaso’s lawyer, Pareno Solonka.

“I told you Kasmuel was bought kitambo…just go to my tweets utaipata. I always deliver my messages in a very timely manner. Niliwaambia,” wrote blogger Maverick Aoko.
