KeNHA announces partial closure of Thika Superhighway at Juja Highpoint

The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has announced that a section of the Thika Superhighway will be partially closed on Saturday, February 15.

The busy highway will be partially closed at Juja Highpoint (Centurion) to enable the construction of a footbridge.

The road will be closed from Saturday, February 15 to Tuesday, February 18 between 11 pm and 6 am.

Consequently, Nairobi-bound traffic will now use a diversion behind Lexo Petrol Station before rejoining the Thika Superhighway.

Likewise, Thika-bound traffic will use a diversion behind Centurion Hotel before rejoining the highway.

“Motorists are requested to exercise caution around the work areas and follow the proposed traffic management plan below as well as cooperate with the police and traffic marshals on site,” KeNHA advises.
