Changes at the airline
Kenya Airways implemented several initiatives to enhance the passenger experience. One of these major changes was the revamping of its Economy Class inflight service in 2023.
This revamp included the introduction of tray service in economy class, replacing the previous box service.
Additionally, they also offer an additional hot meal starter and yoghurt for breakfast on specific mid to long-haul flights across the network. Msafiri magazine, on the other hand, has been a valuable part of inflight entertainment.
