The Kenya Airways (KQ) has announced that it has diverted a number of flights due to heavy rains and poor visibility in Nairobi.
In a statement, the national carrier said the diversion of flights may result to extended delays for some of departures out of Nairobi.
“We apologise for the inconvenience caused to our customers,” KQ says.
KQ assures that it has taken the decision because it is prioritising the safety and wellbeing of its crews and customers.
