The Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) has been honoured for outstanding customer orientation and marketing excellence at the 2024 Company of the Year Awards.

The award honours organizations that excel in creating customer-centric systems and strategies to drive competitiveness and long-term success. It recognizes entities that translate customer insights into actionable plans, aligning their operations to consistently exceed customer expectations.

According to the organisers of the award, KPC has demonstrated exceptional dedication to enhancing customer satisfaction across multiple touchpoints.

KPC implemented a clear monitoring mechanisms to track and improve resolution rates, achieving a timely and effective responses to customer needs. It also conducted regular customer analyses to identify and address gaps, reflecting a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of service.

KPC Manager honoured

Meanwhile, KPC Operations Manager Mr Martin Wanyama was also honoured for his exemplary leadership at the 2024 Company of the Year Awards, clinching 1st Runner-Up Manager of the Year.

This award celebrates an exceptional manager whose leadership, dedication, and contributions have made a significant impact on their team and organization.
