From what can be observed from the video, the fish in question is smoked fish which is a very popular delicacy in East Africa.

According to speculations from one of the viewers, Zari may have been preparing groundnut sauce to tantalize the fish.

Subsequently, Zari is seen not just chopping the fish into smaller bits but tearing it apart and throwing the chunks into the cooking pan.

It is worth noting that she uses her bare hands to tear the fish into uneven chunks thus the fish is all over.

Afterwards, the socialite goes on to pile the fish in her cooking pan which most presumed she would bring to a stir.
