Tanzania, sitting at the top of the group, has already secured a semi-final berth, having collected nine points from four games. Despite losing 2-1 to Kenya in their opening match, Tanzania bounced back with a 7-0 victory over Djibouti, a 1-0 win against Sudan, and a convincing 3-0 triumph over Rwanda.

Kenya began their campaign with a victory over Tanzania, followed by a goalless draw with Rwanda, and then a commanding 4-0 win over Djibouti on Sunday.

The Rising Stars are currently second in the group with seven points from three games, while Sudan closely trails with six points in third place. The outcome of today’s match will determine who advances alongside Tanzania to the semi-finals.
