The highly anticipated Smirnoff Battle of the Beats (SBOB) Finale is set to return, bringing together Kenya’s top DJ talent in a thrilling competition for the coveted SBOB Grand Winner title.
The event, running from March 21 to April 18, 2025, will see five regional champions go head-to-head in an electrifying series of elimination rounds.
This year’s finalists include KJ The DJ (Rift Valley Region), DJ Rattihy (Coast Region), DJ Kryptic (Mt. Kenya Region), DJ Insta (Lake Region), and DJ Klasiq (Nairobi Region).
Each DJ will compete in a series of intense battles, showcasing their creativity, technical prowess, and audience engagement skills.
The competition kicks off with the Round of 5 Qualifier Stage on Friday, March 21, followed by the Round of 4 Knockdown Stage on March 28.
The stakes rise further in the Round of 3 on April 4, leading up to the highly anticipated Final Battle on April 11. The grand winner will be announced on April 18, following weeks of fierce competition.
Audience participation is at the heart of this season’s contest, with viewers casting votes to support their favorite DJs in each elimination round.
The SBOB Grand Winner will take home an exclusive DJ Deck, a MacBook laptop, a 2TB flash disk, headphones, and a flight case—essential tools to propel their DJ career to new heights.

The competition will culminate in a grand Smirnoff™-themed celebration on April 11, featuring epic performances by the top two finalists, exclusive behind-the-scenes stories, and a live interview with Smirnoff brand representatives.
Fans can follow the Smirnoff Battle of the Beats action on TV47 and Smirnoff Ke digital platforms, voting for their favorite DJ and celebrating Kenya’s next DJ superstar.
