It was a gloomy day for residents of Nyanduma village in Lari, Kiambu County after two children were killed in a tragic fire.

The incident took place on Sunday 28th 2024, at their home.

According to the mother, she left the children locked in their bedroom and went to church, when she was alarmed by her neighbors who needed help to put out the fire.

The cause of the fire is still unknown.

However, the family is now calling on the police to establish the cause of the fire.

Bodies of the victims were taken to Mukoe Funeral Home.

Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) investigators in Lari have launched investigations into the incident.

Car catches fire on Thika Super highway

This happens a day after a car was burnt down along the Thika road Super Highway in Nairobi.

In a video posted by Nairobi gossip, a man identifies the car as a BMW.

Few weeks before, two PSV Nairobi bound buses caught fire with passengers on board.

Luckily all passengers were evacuated and no casualties reported.
