Renowned South African fitness influencer Nkululeko Dlamini popularly known as the “King of Squats,” has shared his expert advice for women seeking to achieve the much coveted ‘Nyash’ body shape.
Speaking during Churchhill show during his recent tour in Kenya, the fitness enthusiast emphasized the importance of a dedicated exercise routine, balanced diet, and lifestyle changes to sculpt the perfect figure.
This comes after Churchill, the show’s host, asked whether it was possible for someone with a lean body type to build the desired curves.
The “King of squats” advised people to do exercise and increase their intake of proteins, highlighting the importance of consuming nutritious foods to build muscle specifically “Nyash”.
”Yes it’s possible, as long as you’re consistent and doing work outs and eat well, mostly proteins,” he said.
According to the fitness expert , essential protein rich foods such as avocado, fish, meat, and milk should be included in any diet aimed at achieving the desired body shape.
“No potatoes, avocados, fish meat and milk , yeah,” he added.
However, the “King of Squats” also warned against certain foods that could sabotage progress, specifically cautioning against the overconsumption of potatoes, which he claims can hinder muscle definition.
“More protein, high protein you can get ‘Nyash’”, he emphasized.
The “King of Squats,” who is having a fitness program in Karen, Nairobi announced that he will be teaching women how to master squats and achieve the much desired “Nyash.”
“To those who’ll come, I’ll teach them how to do squats and how to get ‘Nyash’ as that what they want”, he said confidently.
His upcoming program is designed to help women strengthen their lower bodies, shape their glutes, and build curves through a combination of targeted exercises and proper nutrition.
