Kingdom Bank has boosted its service network to 23 branches following the opening of a new branch in Machakos Town.
The new outlet located along Mbolu Malu Road of Machakos Town is the fourth branch that the bank has opened this year, following the launch of new branches in Gikomba, Kitale and Meru.
The new Machakos branch will deliver tailored financial solutions to individuals and businesses, including traders, small-scale farmers and key sectors like tourism—capitalizing on the county’s renowned scenic beauty and bustling hospitality industry.
With a thriving economy and growing demand for accessible banking services, the move positions Kingdom Bank to tap into one of Kenya’s most promising regions for business and investment.
At hand to welcome Kingdom Bank was John Mwangangi Kilonzo, Machakos County CEC Trade, Industrialization, Tourism & SME Development who said, “Machakos is a dynamic economic hub and Kingdom Bank’s entry to this market will significantly boost local businesses and communities. We welcome the partnership and are committed to supporting the bank in driving economic prosperity for our people.”
Speaking at the event, the Managing Director Kingdom Bank, Anthony Mburu said, “We are excited to make our contribution to the thriving economy of Machakos County. This new branch allows us to connect with more customers and provide the tailored solutions they need to thrive. We are going where the customers are, delivering value where it matters most.”
With this expansion, Kingdom Bank continues to demonstrate its vision of fostering financial inclusion and delivering cutting-edge banking services across Kenya.
