Police are investigating an incident in Kitutu Central Sub County, Kisii County where a 60-year-old married man was caught in the sexual act with a female dog.

According to the police report, the incident occurred on the night of Saturday February 24, 2024.

The incident was reported at Mosocho Police Station on Sunday February 25, by  Alice Kwamboka Macarios, a wife to the suspect who was allegedly involved in the bestiality act with a bitch.

“It  was reported by one Alice Kwamboka Macarios, Kisii female adult aged 40 years that during the night of 24/25/2/2024 at about 01:00hrs her husband went out of their dwelling house whereby they heard their female dog howling and wailing a lot.

“She  also rushed out to see what might be going only to be shocked to find her husband Frederick Macarios, a Kisii male adult aged 60 years old having an unnatural offence with their domestic female dog  namely ‘Poster’,” read part of the police report.

Kwamboka raised an alarm, alerting other members of the family and neighbors to witness the shameful act.

In addition, Police visited the scene of crime and arrested Macarios as they launched investigations into the matter. 

The crime scene was also visited by veterinary officers, who also recommended that action should be taken against the suspect.

Family members were extremely shocked by the incident, as they kept wondering why a married man would leave his wife in bed and choose to have a sexual affair with a domesticated animal.

His children were equally shocked, as they could not imagine their father whom they respect so much could get involved in such a shameful act.
