The Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) has announced 1,700 nursing job opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
While inviting its graduates to apply, KMTC described the job opening as ‘Exciting Nursing opportunities’.
Personal Assistants/Health Care Assistants
About 500 job openings are available for Personal Assistants/Health Care Assistants, whose contracts will be two years.
One needs to have either a Certificate in Care Giving, Certificate in Community Health Nursing or Certificate in Enrolled Community Nursing.
Female candidates of between 22-35 years will be prioritised, with a salary of 2200 Saudi Riyal (KSh90990).

Nurses
Also, 1,000 nurses are being sort after, with a salary of 3000 Saudi Riyal (KSh124,077) per month on a two-year contract.
One has to hold a Diploma in Nursing (General Nursing) and ages betwen 22-35 years to be considered.

Nursing and Midwifery
About 200 job opening for Nursing and Midwifery are also available in saudi Arabia, with one required to have either a Bachelor of Science (Nursing Science), Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or Bachelor of Science (Nursing, With IT).
The chosen candidates will enjoy a monthly salary of 4,700 Saudi Riyal (KSh194,388).
Their responsibilities will be Nursing and Midwifery – Notably Nursing and Medical, Surgical, Adult ICU, PICU, NICU and Midwifery.
