Grammy Award winner and singer Madonna is being sued for coming late to her concert by fans claiming that they had to get up early the next morning.
In a Law suit filed on Wednesday in Brooklyn federal court, the two fans- Michael Fellows and Jonathan Hadden say the concert was supposed to happen at 8: 30 pm as advertised but they had to wait until 10:30pm.
The 65-year old singer celebration concert happened on the 13 December 2023 in New York.

Michael and Hadden claimed in the Law Suit that they were inconvenienced as they left the concert at 1am tired and stranded.
They were confronted with limited transportation, limited ride sharing, and increased public and private transportation costs. This is in accordance to the law suit.
They further claimed that the late finish of the Madonna concert affected their ability to take care of their families the next day.

Michael and Hadden are accusing Madonna and, Barclays Centre, and tour promoter Live Nation of being Inconsiderate and unfair.
The Lawsuit were later voluntarily dismissed by the two.
Madonna has, in the previous years faced a similar lawsuit in 2019 when a Florida fan complained that her lateness on her Madame X tour was a breach of contract, and again in 2020, in a lawsuit filed by two fans in New York.
