Police are investigating an incident after a 34-year-old man in Umoja was found dead in his home and is suspected to have committed suicide on February 20, 2023.
Peter Maina Ngima, the deceased was a patient attendant and worked at the Mama Lucy Kibaki hospital.
His colleagues speculated that Brian failed to report to work without calling in and couldn’t be traced through the phone.

Concerned, they reached out to his relatives to ask for his whereabouts where he was found dead, his body dangling on the frame of his bathroom with an electric cable tied to his neck.
His body was thereafter moved to the Mama Lucy Kibaki mortuary and is awaiting autopsy.
Police have started an investigation as the reasons why he committed suicide are yet to be known.
In a similar incident 66-year-old Julius Mbute in Kasinga sublocation, Machakos County was found dead with his body hanging in his bedroom.

A suicide was recovered stating the reasons why he decided to take away his life.
According to the police, Julius was struggling in his life.
His body was taken to the mortuary and is awaiting autopsy.
