Comedian Mammito, for the first time, shared details of her pregnancy journey during an interview with TV47 presenter Betty Kyallo.
The revelation took fans by surprise, as Mammito had previously declared her celibacy before announcing her pregnancy.
As her first pregnancy, the experience has been filled with new discoveries and profound changes for the comedian.

Reflecting on her comedy journey, Mammito revealed she began performing at the tender age of 18.
Back then, her skits were largely born of imagination due to her limited life experiences.
She often focused on light-hearted topics such as Nairobi men and heartbreaks.
Now, as a mom-to-be who has navigated the ups and downs of a public relationship, her perspective has broadened, giving her fresh material for her craft.
“Motherhood has opened up a whole new pool of inspiration,” she shared, hinting at a shift in her comedic themes.
Mammito is currently promoting her upcoming comedy show, Maandamano Baby, set to take place on December 20, 2024.
The show’s title itself is a nod to her unique sense of humour.
On social media, she joked about how her joy during the historic youth protests that stormed parliament in June might have contributed to her current condition.
“Protest Baby… After entering parliament, I think I celebrated a bit too much!” she captioned a video flaunting her baby bump.
However, Mammito has chosen to keep the identity of her baby’s father under wraps.
She admitted that she is not single but clarified she isn’t ready to share details about him publicly.
“He’s not in the entertainment industry, and that’s something I’m really grateful for,” she said, emphasizing her desire to shield their relationship from public scrutiny.
Despite their excitement about becoming parents, Mammito and her partner have no immediate plans for marriage.
The comedian is clear about wanting to avoid a rushed wedding and prefers to focus on the joy of welcoming their little one.
