Man, 29, who went to visit a friend still missing two weeks later

Police in Gatundu North, Kiambu County have appealed to the public to share information regarding the whereabouts of a missing 29-year-old man.

The missing person, Nahashon Muchiri Ng’ang’a, is said to have disappeared on May 10, 2024.

His distraught wife Ann Wanjiku Kariuki filed a missing persons report today (Monday, May 27) at Kamwangi Police Station.

In her statement, she claimed her husband left their home on May 10 at around 6:30am saying he was going to visit a friend in nearby Wetathi Village.

He however did not return home since that day, and his mobile number has been off ever since.

On the day he left, Ng’ang’a reportedly donned a black short sleeved shirt, black long sleeved jacket, dark blue dust coat, black and blue trouser and black gumboots.

The missing person is light in skin complexion, about 5.5 feet tall and slim.

His family is now appealing to the public to share information on his whereabouts, or make a report at the nearest police station.
