Man attempts to disrupt President Ruto’s speech during Jamhuri Day celebrations

Police officers on December 12, arrested a man who attempted to disrupt President William Ruto’s speech during 60th Jamhuri Day celebrations at Uhuru Gardens in Nairobi.

A man, whose name is yet to be identified, was restrained as he attempted to present a placard to the president.

The dramatic incident attracted the attention of guests and other Kenyans present during the event but security officers responded swiftly to stop him from accessing the president.
