Police in Texas, United States, are investigating an incident where a man was captured on camera using a three-month-old baby to snow off (remove snow) the windshield of his car.
The viral TikTok stunt, according to KFDM, was taken in Port Arthur on January 21, 2025, when Texas was hit by a rare snowstorm that week.
In the video, the man — only identified as 25-year-old — is seen sliding the baby back and forth on the windshield of a Hyundai Elantra as he laughs.

A local attorney told KFDM that he reported the matter to the police after watching the video that has since been taken down online.
Port Arthur Police Chief Tim Duriso has confirmed that police are investigating the matter. Duriso says they have contacted the man in the said video and the baby after visiting their apartment for a welfare check.
Despite the baby seeming to be okay, police want to prefer a child endangerment charge against the man.
Preliminary investigations have revealed that two women were with him at the time of the incident. “We suspect one of them was the mom,” Duriso says.
“It’s a sad situation. I know a lot of people go to social media and they are looking for clicks… but this is not a deal where you should put a baby on the windshield,” the police chief added.
