Manchester United’s forward Antony’s ex-girlfriend set to be interviewed by UK police

Brazilian Foward Antony’s ex-girlfriend Gabriela Cavallin has been called upon to head to the United Kingdom to be interviewed by police in the investigation of domestic violence allegations.

This comes at the back of Antony’s return to Old Trafford on Tuesday for the Galatasry 3-2 loss match in the Uefa Champions League.

Gabriela was among three women who had accused the football star of assault.

According to reports 23 years 23-year-old Gabriella is Scheduled to travel from Brazil to the UK to be interviewed by police in Manchester on Wednesday, October 11.

She claims to be the subject of a series of attacks by the Brazilian forward on different dates between June 2022 to May 2023.

Cavallin claimed that Antony attacked in a hotel room in Manchester the day after United’s 2-1 victory over Manchester City on January 14.

Also, the Dj cum influencer accused the forward of trying to push her out of a moving vehicle while she was pregnant on holiday.

Sao Paulo police are also investigating her claim of being attacked in June last by Antony.

Antony has on different occasions denied these allegations.

Despite the strong allegation the Brazilian has not yet been arrested and is currently Cooperating with police officers from Brazil and the UK to help in the investigations into the allegations.

Before Antony’s return was given a leave of absence by Manchester United to handle the issue as he vowed to clear his name of all the allegations.

However, the return to Old Trafford has sparked controversy with many questioning Manager Erik Ten Hag’s decision to allow the Brazilian forward back into the team.

“So, he cooperated fully, It came out he’s not charged.” said Ten Hag about the decision.
